Bonjour Frock Stars. Most people get down with brunch on Christmas… getting up early to open presents can make you ravenous. J’adore frocktails because they make everything better, they make everyone prettier, they make events more fun, and they taste delish… so why not put a little twist on the classic brunch bevies? People very rarely complain about cocktails (no matter how they taste), which is why I like to fancy mine up with gorge garnishes, the prettier the better. Here’s two of my faves.
Get On The Christmas Train With Festive Champagne:
Mimosas are a must have at any brunch… but OJ hurts my tum. Make your fave champagne holiday chic by using a reddish juice (cranberry, pomegranate, grape). I happen to favor POM juice, and it’s superb for your skin. Garnish with a lime wheel or twist. Sexy, festive, and easy as frock.
Drop It Like It’s Hot:
You have to have a hot cock(tail) at brunch, and everybody loves coffee. Dress yours up with Mint Chocolate Bailey’s and a swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle powdered cocoa across the top to make the frocktails look fierce. You could garnish with a candy cane or cinnamon stick too. Werq.
