I find it a lot easier to eat healthy when it’s hot out, because all I want is cold fruit and smoothies… and ice cream. Since frozen bananas and ice cream are practically the same thing, I thought it would be easy to turn out a healthy little snack.
All you need is a banana (or 2), sea salt, and chocolate. It’s probably healthier to use dark chocolate, but I like to use the Dolci Frutta chocolate found in the fruit aisle of the grocery store (it’s easy and makes no mess).
Use a fork or spoon to dunk the bananas into the chocolate, and set on a baking sheet covered in wax paper (no mess). Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the bananas with sea salt. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for a few hours, and enjoy!
These are so freaking good, like I can’t stop eating them. Not only are the delish, but they’re adorable for summer parties.
