Every year when it changes from summer to fall I makeover everything.  I change my hair, my makeup, the way I dress, what I eat, and my workout routine.  Throughout July and August I kind of stop working out.  Once I get my body exactly where I want it, I watch what I eat and spend my workout time watching TV.  Now that summer’s over I figured it’s time to get back into the swing of things.  After all, holiday season is right around the corner.  It’s better to start off with a hot bod then try to get one in January.  This time of year is perfect for early morning or evening runs.  Here’s my fall workout playlist.
